Boden Standard Series guitars have been developed to provide the same key features as the other models in the range, at an even more attractive price. Their construction is of the solid body type instead of the chambered design. With the Standard models and their specific construction, you have access to a new variation of the Strandberg concept.
Built around a basswood body, a quilted maple top, a roasted maple neck and a maple fingerboard, the Boden Standard 6 delivers the sensations and sound signature typical of Ola Strandberg's guitars. The combination of these wood species is a recipe adopted by very big names in the guitar for decades. The basswood / maple top combination produces a punchy sound, with a big attack, detailed highs and taut lows. It offers versatility and big sound. The Boden Standard 6 also benefits from pickups developed by Strandberg. Two single pickups that will excel in clear and slamming tones, combined with a perfectly balanced double pickup to cover all musical styles.
