The Novo Serus J is produced in limited quantities and benefits from meticulous craftsmanship, showcasing select woods and high-quality hardware. A guitar with a unique sonic signature, the Serus J is built around a tempered pine body, a roasted maple neck (flamed maple optional), and a Mastery NV vibrato. This "Lake Placid Blue" model is equipped with Lollar Firebird mini-humbucker pickups—our favorite configuration! They deliver tones with the thickness and fluidity of a humbucker, while retaining the precision and punch of a single-coil. The best of both worlds, in a way.
The Novo Serus J is highly customizable (body, neck, fingerboard, Fralin/Lollar pickups, pickguard, knobs). It is available in over 50 nitrocellulose finishes.
