La Nik Huber Surfmeister reprend les lignes de la Dolphin en y associant les finitions de la Krautster. C'est une version semi-hollow "flat" top de la Dolphin, mélangeant simplicité, pure énergie et excellence.
Guitare à la fois classe et épurée, cette semi-hollow ultra qualitative est résolument orientée "son californien" avec ses micros Tronebucker et son option Bigsby.
En standard, la Surfmeister bénéficie d'une table en érable et d'un corps et manche en acajou (collé deep joint) surmonté d'une touche en palissandre Indien. La finition satinée lui apporte un coté très fluide et engageant. Comme toutes les guitares de la marque, elle est équipée de micros Haüssel et de nombreux autres appointements qualitatifs qui font de ce modèle une véritable pièce "brute" à la lutherie haut de gamme.
